RugCare is our idea of a package that takes all your worries and all the work around your carpet off your hands. Quasi your own all-round carefree package, matching your new rug worth up to 7000 euros. We take care of all repairs of unintentional damages in a sustainable and value-preserving way within the agreed period of time. In such cases, our specialists will collect the rug from you free of charge and return it to you after repair. The same applies to our bio-intensive cleaning service, which is also included in RugCare. A special wash for fine carpets that makes the colours shine again and ensures a pleasant smell - no matter how much your rug has been used or how dirty it has become. In addition, the matching rug underlay is also included in RugCare. We fit it to your carpet to the centimetre. Our RugCare package is rounded off by a 5-year guarantee extension, which you can also extend after the 5 years if you wish. During this time, we compensate for any damage that you would otherwise have had to pay for yourself after the six-month warranty expires.
